When Kenneth Coats, and wife Anna Fong, VP of Operations at eKnowID's parent company KENTECH, were expecting their first child, they had a realization - there were no caregiver sites offering reliable background screenings for nannies. Having been burned before, they knew it was time to start solving - not just for themselves but for other families and small businesses looking to hire someone they could trust. With Kenneth’s industry investigative experience and Anna’s firsthand knowledge on background screenings, the two created eKnowID, which offers enterprise-level solutions on a smaller scale. Their goal is to give families, individuals and small-to-medium businesses the same opportunity as global enterprises to hire the right candidates.
